India vs England Left-handed Shane Warne Kuldeep Yadav’s Ranchi performance thrills Michael Vaughan

Michael Vaughan was mightly impressed by Kuldeep Yadav’s performance in the second innings of the Ranchi Test as he called him a ‘left-handed Shane Warne.’

Kuldeep ran through the England batting lineup as the spinner was proving to be too tough for them to handle. Vaughan had earlier tweeted that the England innings may come to a close quickly and Kuldeep was bowling beautifully.

IND vs ENG 4th Test, Day 3: Live Updates

“Englands innings has the feeling of ending quite quickly â€æ Kuldeep is bowling beautifully â€æ” tweeted Vaughan.

As Kuldeep continued his destruction after the tea break, Vaughan would take to X once again and gave him the ultimate compliment after seeing his performance on Sunday.

“The best compliment I can give @imkuldeep18.. Today he has bowled today like a left armed Shane Warne ..” tweeted Vaughan.

How did Kuldeep spin his web around England in Ranchi?

Kuldeep had an eventful day on Sunday as he would provide a solid innings of 28 off 131 balls. He was unlucky to get out, but he stitched together a 77-run stand as India ensured that England got a lead of 46. After R Ashwin picked up the England top three, Kuldeep came in to get the big wicket of Zak Crawley, who was batting at 60.

Crawley had tried for a big cut, but misjudged the spin from Kuldeep’s delivery and exposed his stumps. The spinner would then get the scalp of Ben Stokes, who had survived a DRS call. The England skipper was cleaned up after a fine delivery from Kuldeep would sneak in and clip the stumps.

After tea, Kuldeep claimed both Tom Hartley and Ollie Robinson in the same over to put England on the ropes.
