The now-viral video was shared by a user named Sandeep Mall on Twitter. Sandeep described himself as an entrepreneur, health coach and wildlife photographer in his bio. In the 12-second clip, Sandeep can be seen doing push-ups at the gym. What’s so special, you ask? Well, he had his baby daughter on his back to add extra weight and cuteness (we think so)! His daughter clutched him hard while he worked out. Such an adorable sight!
“If you can do 15 reps of push-ups at a stretch, better to add weight. In three years she will be around 18 kgs and me 60 years and my goal is I can do 15 reps at that time also,” reads the caption of the post.
