Anmol Ratan Sidhu, the Advocate General of Punjab, claimed that he was attacked by unknown assailants near Haryana’s Panipat on Tuesday. The AG was travelling on a train from Delhi to Chandigarh when miscreants allegedly pelted stones and broke the windowpane.
On Monday, AG Sidhu appeared in the Lawrence Bishnoi case in the Supreme Court.
Following the attack, AG Sidhu filed a complaint with Punjab DGP. The incident happened a while back near Panipat when the Punjab AG was coming back to Chandigarh.
