Tanmay Bhat recreates Sushmita Sen, Lalit Modi’s pic with an epic twist


Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi literally broke the internet after announcing his relationship with Sushmita Sen in a series of tweets on July 14. Yes, the duo is dating and soon after the announcement, social media was abuzz with a plethora of reactions and even memes. Now, comedian Tanmay Bhat has recreated one of the pictures of the couple with an epic twist and the viral post on Instagram has left netizens in splits.

Lalit Modi, in a series of tweets on Thursday, made headlines after announcing that he is in a relationship with actress Sushmita Sen. He shared a slew of pictures on Twitter to make the announcement. In fact, one of those photos was recreated by Tanmay Bhat. It has a hilarious twist to it and we are sure you will have a hearty laugh after looking at the post.

Tanmay, along with his friend Naveed Manakkodan, recreated one of the photographs of the couple. Just like Modi, he was lying down on a sofa. Tanmay’s hand was on Manakkodan’s head. “A new beginning. A new life. Over the moon. In love doesn’t mean marriage. YET. BUT ONE THAT BY GODS GRACE WILL HAPPEN. I JUST ANNOUNCED THAT WE ARE FLATMATES,” reads the caption of the post.

And of course, the post went crazy viral online and tickled the funny bone of a ton of netizens. The comments section was proof that the internet just couldn’t get enough of the hilarity.
