This Chinese AI phone lets users ‘drive’ car with only their eyes Honor Spain

On February 25, Chinese technology firm Honor introduced a cutting-edge eye-tracking technology in its smartphones that enables users to control a car with nothing more than their gaze.

This revolutionary feature in the Magic 6 Pro utilises the smartphone’s selfie cameras alongside sophisticated artificial intelligence algorithms to accurately track the user’s eye movements, allowing for seamless control over vehicle commands such as engine start, stop, forward, and backward movement.

Demonstrated through an app specifically designed for this purpose, Honor showcased how simply staring at one of the commands on the phone’s screen could prompt the corresponding action in the car.
