Current president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India Sourav Ganguly was seen in London celebrating his 50th birthday in style. Ganguly who is in the United Kingdom had the company of the likes of Jay Shah and Sachin Tendulkar and celebrated his birthday at a posh restaurant in London.

Messages flooded on this special occasion with former teammates and well wishers giving him their best on the day. The former Indian captain found warmth from his compatriots who hailed him as a great friend and an influential captain.

Retired Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh took to Twitter to send his regards and said that Ganguly is a figure that anyone would be grateful to learn from.

“Happy Birthday Dada! You’ve been a great friend, an impactful captain and a senior any youngster would want to learn from. Wishing you good health and happiness on your special day ?? lots of love and best wishes always,” the former India all-rounder wrote on Twitter.

The former Indian captain was seen donning a unique avatar as he danced on to the tunes of Bollywood music in the streets of London, keeping things very jolly around him.

A video posted on social media caught the sweet moment which captured Ganguly spending somw quality time with his family and his daughter Sana Ganguly.

Earlier in the day, several photos on the internet kept Ganguly fans updated about the players whereabouts. He was spotted having dinner with Sachin Tendulkar and his wife Anjali Tendulkar.
